Pricing Policy
Our
price includes local technical support by experts in the software
at no extra charge.
We
try to set our prices to be a close as possible to what you would pay
if you bought directly from the manufacturer. However, because we provide
local technical support, we do not compete with "discount" prices
on the net. When the manufacturer offers special sales prices, we match
them.
PLEASE
NOTE: Most prices you see on the internet for these products "appear"
cheaper because they are in US Dollars and do not include freight. When
the software arrives at the port of entry into Australia, you will be
charged the GST and Customs Clearance charges (you get a bill from Federal
Express a few days after you receive your software).
So,
you probably won't save any money and you will lose out on the
local technical support, which can mean a significant saving on calls
to the USA when you need help.
